I’m a single mom with a very busy schedule! However, I do try to find time for fun. I enjoy playing softball,
wake boarding, water skiing, snow skiing, riding motorcycles, snow mobiling, white water rafting, hiking,
self defense training, roller blading, travel & going to amusement parks with my son!
I am a huge advocate of women's self defense & self awareness. I currently assist in teaching private and corporate
classes on these topics, along with Master SenSei Glyn B.

Don’t ever think your modeling career is “over, or it is “too late” to get into modeling/acting, or that you can’t look as good as you used to, just because you’re in your 30’s! We are in our prime time and we need to let it show! Be proud of who we are! I look and FEEL better than I ever did in my 20’s and I am very proud of that!"
