I’m a single mom with a very busy schedule! However, I do try to find time for fun. I enjoy playing softball, wake boarding, water skiing, snow skiing, riding motorcycles, snow mobiling, white water rafting, hiking, self defense training, roller blading, travel & going to amusement parks with my son!

I am a huge advocate of women's self defense & self awareness. I currently assist in teaching private and corporate classes on these topics, along with Master SenSei Glyn B.
