I was born in a small town called Vandalia, Ohio. I grew up with two older sisters, always being a girly girl. Never a tomboy type.

I can remember watching my beautiful mother and sisters putting on make-up every morning and thinking, "I want to look just like them when I grow up" When I turned 20, I shot with my first photographer and ended up being a very popular men's magazine cover girl.

After a year of appearing in popular men's magazines like Penthous, I decided to do more mainstream modeling by entering the world of fitness. Now I travel around doing everything from calendars and trade shows to nationally published fitness magazines.

Working out and eathing healthy has become a big part of my life. I work out six days a week and just love to feel my body work!
