Erin Ellington grew up in Iowa, one of seven children (of German, French, and Dutch descent) where she received combined degrees in both psychology and sociology from Cornell College. After graduation, Erin worked as a crisis counselor then as a flight attendant for a national airline. It was during this time Erin began taking on modeling assignments after she was discovered by a nationally known fashion photographer; this led to a full- time career as a swimsuit and fitness model. After an initial test shoot in Los Angeles, Erin quickly became published in numerous magazines, both here and abroad, and her image has become a favorite on the World Wide Web.

Erin Ellington has appeared as a feature PAGE 5 model in addition to appearing in magazines such as American Curves, BodyTalk, Muscular Development, Planet Muscle, MuscleMag International Swimsuit Editions, Slitz of Sweden, Pump, Muscle Media, Adversus, RM Fitness Guide, and she can be seen in advertisements for Cover Models, No Limits (cover), Psychotic Sportswear (cover), and Crazee Wear. Erin has also worked as a spokesmodel and promotions model for KRFX The FOX radio station, and was a guest host for the Radio Achievement Awards.

Currently, Erin Ellington is active in a number of new fronts: expanding into the world of film and video, including commercial work, taking acting classes, and producing her own poster calendar. Most recently, Erin graced an amazing two covers within three months for Muscular Development Magazine with feature centerfold layouts and an interview.
