My name is Krisztina Sereny. Born on 8/6 in Budapes, I was the second
child of a sporting family. My father was a professional swimmer so I was swimming in a children sport team at age 3.
I attended the swimmers’ nursery school and a sport primary school
afterwards. When I was 14 my attention was attracted by a sport completely new to me...
Until the age of 18 I was fencing in the junior Hungarian international team. I was also successful
in school getting my my degree in the secondary school called Russian-Hungarian
I continued on at the academy for European assistant manager training called Schola
Europa. Due to my knee injury I had to quit fencing for good. I met with my fitness trainer Gabe David in
1997, and this meeting changed my life.
I earned 4th place on the Hungarian Championship in the first season. I was bronze medalist on the
International Grand Prix held in Slovakia, also earned 2nd place on the Hungarian Natural Body Building
competition and I won the Hungarian Fitness Cup in
Due to my results I was the only professional fitness competitor of Hungary since January 2001-2002
and one of the most sought after fitness star in Europe. In 2003 my dreams became reality. Two times in
the FLEX in one year. Plus I’m the first fitness champion who got the cover of Playboy magazine worldwide.
Also in 2003 I met with two great persons Fabien Debecq and Serge Nubret who changed my life completely.
I started to compete in WABBA, where I won the Fitness European Championship in 2004.
