For starters I am a 23 year old fitness/bikini and lingerie model from Toronto Canada. I've had an extreme passion for fitness my whole life. It all started when I was younger. I was involved in every sport from volleyball to track and field. I also took jazz, tap and ballet lessons 5 days a week. I know this sounds like alot for a youngster in school, but when you take pleasure in the things you do you always find the time to do the things you love. When I reached highschool I was involved in a leadership gym program where I encountered my first experience with weight training. From that time on I was hooked. Nowadays I still take dance lessons, train with freeweights, rollerblade, cycle, practice yoga and take gymnastics. You see fitness has taken a major place in my heart and I live each and every day to the fullest.
